The Blue Parrot Restaurant takes great pride and pleasure in making your function an enjoyable time for everyone.
We offer a full-service private banquet facility capable of holding up to 150 people.
Our banquet room is available for functions such as wedding showers, rehearsal dinners and receptions, baby showers, family reunions, business luncheons and seasonal parties.
In addition to catering our world-famous spaghetti and other italian specialties, we offer a sound stage (for that karaoke lover in you or the less entertaining DJ), a dance floor, flexible seating arrangements, serving options (see below) and a friendly atmosphere.Food is served in one of three ways;
- Family Style-all menu items are delivered to each table in serving dishes to be passed around each table.
- Buffet Style-serving areas will be located around the outside walls for each individual to serve themselves.
- Or for an additional $1.00 per person added to the prices listed on our menu package prices we will provide individual service to each attendee.
If you are planning a large party but do not wish to use our private banquet facility, we can typically accommodate large parties in our dining rooms except Friday, Saturday and Sunday after 4PM.
Our standard menu packages are listed here but if you prefer different menu options you should call us to discuss your needs. The Colorado Department of Public Health forbids food prepared outside our facility. Special considerations are given for parties bringing in cakes for events such as birthdays.
Banquet Facility Fees
Fees are based on a per-hour schedule. If your party exceeds your scheduled time by greater than 30 minutes you will be charged for an additional hour based on the number of people you reserved the room for. Please plan accordingly.
8-20 people, $25.00 21-50 people, $50.00 51-75 people, $75.00 76-100 people, $100.00 101-150 people, $125.00
If you would just like the room itself without any of our services, the rental is $50.oo per hour.
If you would like a bartender available, the charge is an additional $10.oo per hour.
Events must be schedules 24 hours in advance.
A deposit of $100.00 dollars is due upon scheduling the event. Full deposit will refunded if event is canceled 90 days prior to schedule. No refunds will be given after 90 days. If the deposit exceeds your actual cost you will be refunded the difference upon conclusion.
